Demetrius Flenory is steps away to freedom after serving a 20 year bid for drug trafficking. He has a story so astounding to where it landed a reenactment of his life story on one of Starz's hit series "BMF". Reports says that his time was shorten due to his behavior and programs that cut time off his sentencing. This video was recorded before his release as an example to show how many people will still support him knowing that greater good could be achieved. Demetrius says he want to make a positive change. I believe in him. Why not? Most of us don't know him and only a few knew of him who I spoke to. Perhaps, not many know him at all. I personally know and understand the streetz being one who was raised in a smaller city similar to Detroit and actually living in the city of Detroit. I experienced the financial benefits and problems with the "illegal yet legal" drug trade. We all benefit from it at some point especially when it comes to needing surgery. Those who know money, who has power, has access to all healing plants forbidding others to profit from it because the earning a beyond significant. Anything Illegal means "Not Allowed" by the way. From my understanding, Demetrius is a first time non violent convicted felon who is also a victim of a notorious plot that was successfully orchestrated by unruly people during his adolescent years. The time he served is ridiculous in my opinion because he was never given a chance before having the book thrown at him. Yet, we have a convicted felon as a president with far more charges who may never live inside those prison walls. Then again, maybe the president shouldn't have been convicted. Who knows? There are many who are like Demetrius who have been conditioned to fail and who have been convicted after being enticed which goes against the US constitution. There are communities of individuals like myself who understands the motive, and also recognize leaders just as the ones who bait in those same leaders and potential leaders. The divide and conquer agenda has been a success since the beginning of unruly domination. We are now in an era where things can be corrected. The question is when, who, and how? The biggest question is will Demetrius be a voice for our youth and men like him who could help change the course of action to save others from their downfalls. Some people who fall may not get back up again. I'm a firm believer that when your brother fall you pick him up. You never know the impact one person can have on you or your loved ones just by simply speaking though learned experiences alone. Understand that your villains were once victims who can become victors if you just give them a chance. I challenge you to pull out their best side and give them something to believe in. Help them believe in themselves because they're coming out more scarred and damaged before they went it. They may not express it and just because we can't see doesn't mean they are ok. Most of us have problems and can easily fall into similar things if not worst. However, most of us won't because we don't have the heart to risk it all. GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM is what defines and corrects the problem. It doesn't work by removing the person because the same person was deceived by the same government officials (MERCHANTS) who took him into custody along with other men like him. He was imprisoned over product. Put the right product or service in his hands and see what he does with it. That's the problem! They already knew. That's why they bait men like him! At what point do we see reparations for the damage of Black Americans? For profit prison requires strategic plans, crimes, to fill them up. How ethical is that? Release the rest! This is no longer a race issue all citizens and government employees (minus those with immunity) are moments away of falling into a trap, money grab for investors.
